TOT Public Company Limited welcomes everybody to our www.toteservice.com (which, from now on will be called 'web site'. For the maximum benefits, please be advised to read more details of the following Terms and Agreements and Legal Notice (both in the TOT part and users' part).

Type of Services

www.toteservice.com is designed to provide information and convenience for consumers in making transactions with the TOT. The contents of this web site are divided into two parts: for general users and registered users. You can select types of services which are provided free of charge. (In case there is any charge of services, the TOT will keep you informed case by case.)

Regulations

In the registration process, you are advised to provide correct information and should update your profile in case the information has been changed. If we discover that the information given to us is not correct or completed, the TOT will claim the right to cancel your membership or refuse to offer you any service in the present and future. This is for your own benefits. You can make changes or edit your profile at 'Your TOT Account'.

In addition, you agree that when using the services, you will not:

• Upload or send any message that is considered illegal, immoral, impolite, racial discrimination or violates the rights of privacy of others.
• Provide false representation as another person or try to connect yourself with other person.
• Upload files and send any information that is considered a violation to the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of the web site or others without permission.
• Change or distribute information from the web site without permission
• Upload files or send any information that contain virus, computer code, files, or other programs that are designed to damage other computer systems or damage the server, network server, hardware or software.
• Collect personal information of the registered users by any methods.

Every time when finish using the online services, you should log off as to prevent other people from accessing the information in case you forget to turn off the computer, or the information has no time-out system, or the computer can not turn off automatically.

If there is the cause to believe that you have violate the Terms of Use, the TOT claims the right to cancel password and suspend providing some parts of or the entire service without prior notice. This includes the delete of and/or block of the information and files that were used during the membership period.

Users can Change Password after registration by logging into 'Your TOT Account'.
