    1. TOT Express(e-Pay)

      1. Go to www.toteservice.com
      2. Register ==> Username & Password for login to website TOT eService.
      3. Register Customer code and Telephone number (more 1 number).
      4. Log in by Username & Password.
      5. Press "Pay" and select to item for pay.
      6. Select method to pay is 2 way...
        • Direct debit SCB BAY UOB
        • Credit card all bank

      7. After press Submit TOT eService System will connect to Payment Gateway BAY bank for the way connect with all bank of credit card.
      8. You will fill number of credit card, security code (the last 3 digit number appearing on signature pane) and expiry date and press. "Submit".
      9. After press "Submit" the system will show result to paid success or not success.
      10. And goback to website TOT eService for print recieve.
      11. And your bill will show paid already.

    2. Electronic invoice (e-Invoice)

      1. Go to websitewww.toteservice.com
      2. Register ==> Username & Password for login to website TOT eService.
      3. Register Customer code and Telephone number (more 1 number).
      4. Log in by Username & Password.
      5. Requst to view call detail of used telephone online by go to profile menu and telephone number data menu.
      6. click to picture "paper" after telephone number to request view call detail used telephone number.
      7. And display application to use presonal profile / view call detail used telephone number online.
      8. Fill Personal ID card or Passport (in case of foreigner) of house registration and For Business/Organizational Use Certificate of Incorporation for application under the name of firm/company or Tax id.
      9. Press buttom"ขอใช้บริการ"
      10. Send documents to approve for view call detail in TOTeService.
        • Fill Personal ID card and press buttom "ขอใช้บริการ"
        • Please send the following documents to apply.

          1. For Personal Use A copy of Personal ID or Passport (in case of foreigner) of house registration which is signed for authentication and fill out "to Update Registered Information. "
            "For Telephone Number # #### ####.
            By user with login name (User Name) : xxxxxx .
            Name - Surename of contact : ...................... Mobile : ...................."
          2. For Business / Organization Use.
            2.1 Certificate of Incorporation for application under the name of firm / company, which does not exceed a 90 -day period.
            2.2 A copy of Personal ID card / Passport of authorized person acting under the name of firm/company and fill out " to Update Registered Information.
            "For Telephone Number # #### ####.
            By using with login name (User Name) : xxxxxx. "
            2.3 A copy of Personal ID card which is signed for authentication and fill out "to Update Registered Information
            "for Telephone Number # #### ####.
            by use with login name (User Name) : xxxxxx.

          Remark Please send documents all within 15 days after repuest. if you don't sent them the system will auto delete your request.

      12. Go to screen identify for information security to ues (e-Invoice) Please fill Personal ID card or Passport (in case of foreigner) of house registration For Business/Organization use Certification of Incorporation or Tax ID press buttom"ตรวจสอบ"
        (if don't approved go to do 5 – 10)

    3. Electonic Services Order (e-Services Order)

      1. Go to website www.toteservice.com
      2. Click menu TOT services Order and fill your information.
      3. Press buttom Send form"ส่งแบบฟอร์ม" and TOT eService will Mail to you keep for reference in request.
      4. You can invoke your order at telephone number in this mail.

    4. TOT e-Code Online Sell (e-Code)

      1. Go to website www.toteservice.com
      2. Press menu Goods and Services and click to topic "ระบบจำหน่ายรหัส e-Code"
      3. or click Banner bottom ระบบจำหน่ายรหัส "e-Code"
      4. Press buttom Price ( 50  100  200  300 ... ) Shopping or view more detail .
        Press buttom More Detail"ดูรายละเอียด".
      5. If press buttom Price will go to Order List.
        • Price and amount you can change and add from this screen.
        • Add orderpress buttom Continue Shopping " สั่งซื้อสินค้าเพิ่ม".
        • Delete Order by click front item order to want delete and press buttom Delete "- ลบรายการสินค้า"
        • Calculate total pricepress buttom Recalculate "= คำนวนเงิน"
        And press buttom Confirm Order"ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ".
      6. Read agreement in you order and fill your information for contact .
        • Name - Surename , Address,
        • Telephon number
        • Mobile Tel (for send Code -->SMS)
        • E-mail (for send Code)
        • Type Credit card (Visa / Master Card)
      7. Press buttom Order"สั่งซื้อ" For Confirm Order.
      8. TOT eService System will connect to Payment Gateway BAY bank for the way connect with all bank of credit card.
      9. You will fill number of credit card, security code (the last 3 digit number appearing on signature pane) and expiry date and press. "Submit".
      10. After press "Submit" the system will show result to paid success or not success.
      11. And goback to TOT eService for get and print Code/recieve by press buttom "พิมพ์รหัส/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน" and Code and Receive will send to your e-mail and SMS too.

        การชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ท่านจะต้องทำการ Verified by Visa หรือ MasterCard SecureCode ตามประเภทบัตรของท่าน ก่อนทำการซื้อสินค้าและบริการออนไลน์ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าและบริการทางอินเตอร์เน็ต

        บริการ Verified by Visa และ MasterCard SecureCode เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่ของบัตรเครดิต ที่ร่วมกันพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มระดับความปลอดภัยในการใช้บริการของลูกค้าเอง ทำให้ท่านมั่นใจได้ว่า บัตรเครดิตของท่านนั้นปลอดภัยจากการถูกลักลอบนำหมายเลขบัตรเครดิตไปใช้ ด้วยระบบการเรียกถาม รหัสผ่านส่วนตัว (Password) ซึ่งผู้ถือบัตรเป็นผู้กำหนดขึ้นเอง และระบบการแสดง ข้อความยืนยันส่วนตัว (Personal Message) ในทุกครั้งที่มีการทำรายการชำระเงินทางอินเตอร์เน็ต

        เพียงลงทะเบียนขอใช้บริการผ่านระบบของธนาคารเจ้าของบัตร ได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

        ขั้นตอนในการลงทะเบียน และ มีดังนี้...

        1) เข้าสู่เว็บไซตของธนาคารที่ท่านถือบัตร และเลือกลงทะเบียน หรือ
        2) ทำความเข้าใจและยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขในการใช้บริการ VbV & MCSC ก่อนเริ่มทำการลงทะเบียน
        3) กรอกหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต
        4) ระบุรายละเอียดข้อมูลบัตร (ชื่อ - นามสกุล, วัน/เดือน/ปี เกิด, วงเงินที่ได้รับอนุมัติ เป็นต้น)
        5) กำหนดรหัสผ่านส่วนตัว (Password) และ ข้อความยืนยันส่วนตัว (Personal Message) ตามที่ท่านต้องการ
        6) กดปุ่ม Submit เสร็จสมบูรณ์การลงทะเบียน VbV & MCSC
